Retained Search

You can leverage our experienced team to source quality candidates for your difficult to fill positions on a retained basis. 

  • 1/3 of the fee (10% of projected annual salary) paid up front as a retainer, before we begin working to fill your roles
  • 1/3 of the fee (10% of projected annual salary) paid after three viable candidates that meet your requirements have interviewed with your team
  • Remainder of the fee (30% of actual annual salary, minus previous payments) paid after the successful candidate starts at your company
  • As a retained search partner, we will manage your full recruitment cycle for the roles we are assigned.


Our Guarantee

If our candidate doesn’t stay at your company for at least 90 days, we will find you a replacement free of charge. We are committed to finding candidates that will be a long term asset to your company.
